The Website is owned and managed by Bower Insurance Group (Pty) Ltd and will be referred to as “we”, “our” and “us” in this Privacy Policy.

 

In terms of s18 of the Protection of Personal Information Act “POPIA” we are required to bring to your attention certain matters relating to your personal information, which we set out in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Personal Information made available to us on this Website is collected, used and disclosed, as is required by POPIA.

 

“Personal Information” is defined by the Protection of Personal Information Act (the Act) as: “information relating to an identifiable, living, natural person, and where it is applicable, an identifiable, existing juristic person”.
